The relief is carved on a limestone slab and represents the deceased squatting asymmetrically on a round cushion. He raises his arms in what is usually described as the orant posture. He is flanked by the Anubis jackal and the Horus falcon.

The stele has traces of red painting on the tunic of the boy and yellow painting on the falcon figure and the architecture.
